Round table
Women as mentors of kitchen crews
Training is now playing an increasingly important role in all fields, and in the catering sector too.
Training new generations of chefs is a task that is becoming increasingly important because the professionalisation of the hospitality sector and catering is now essential. What it means to train new talent, and the role of women in this phase of instruction, are the topics we will be discussing at this round table, during which cookery teachers at a number of education centres nationwide will debate and reflect on the future of the sector.
