Round table
Gastronomy as a tool for social integration
Among the many things that gastronomy has to offer, we must also add a social and solidarity value.
La Cascada de la Raspa is a restaurant located in Trillo (Guadalajara) run by Chema de Isidro, chef and member of the NGO Gastronomía Solidaria, an organisation that trains people at risk of social exclusion, mainly in catering and cooking, achieving job placement rates of up to 90%.
In this round table we will see how they work in this restaurant and what the role of the kitchen can be in the insertion of many people in our country.
