If not now, when?
As a young female chef, Kamilla Seidler will be demonstrating how important it is to have female references in gastronomy.
Kamilla herself was inspired by a female chef on Danish television in her youth. The importance of role models to follow and inspirational references will be part of the talk by this chef who managed to reap success far from home as Latin America's Best Female Chef.
Travels which brought her experience in Europe and Latin America, culminating in the establishment of her own project, Lola (Copenhagen), and she will also be commenting on its philosophy and gastronomy.
